The Stage 1 performance injectors are very popular for towing and everyday driving with fuel economy in mind. This injector upgrade is perfect to improve mpg, works great with a stock turbo, and it's the best single shot injector to replace the stock oem injectors to retain similar driving characteristics.
Stage 1.5 injectors features new 30% larger nozzle and plunger barrel assemblies for long life and predictable performance. The new single shot design is more efficient and requires a custom tuned chip to achieve the best performance. Power increases are up to 200 hp over a stock truck without any prior modifications. Fuel mileage may increase up to 1-2 mpg depending on driving style and driving conditions.
A stage 2 performance injector has the same internal modifications as the stage 1 and stage 1.5 injector internally. The main modification for both injectors is inside the injector on the intensifier piston. This piston is a mechanical limiter, it's modified or shortened which allows the plunger stroke to move slightly farther so more fuel is pushed through the nozzle during each injection cycle. Each injector is also converted over from split shot to the more efficient and powerful single shot design.
Hybrid 238cc performance injectors give more fuel and required less high pressure oil thanks to the hybrid plunger and barrel design of the injectors. Hybrid injectors are called "hybrid" because they use a larger plunger and barrel assembly from it's big cousin. This plunger has a larger surface area to move more fuel during the same stroke without needing more hpop oil pressure. These 238cc injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower up to 500 hp at rear wheels with a custom performance chip. In the 99-03 Powerstroke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases up to 500 hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design.
275cc injectors/200% nozzle can increase horsepower up to 650 hp+ at rear wheels with a custom performance chip. In the 99-03 Ford Powerstroke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases up to 650 hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design. These injectors have new nozzles and tungsten coated plungers and barrels. The larger 200% oversize nozzles allow for better control of fuel delivery during the combustion cycle with allows for the added horsepower. The larger hybrid plunger and barrel in these injectors move more fuel for the same stroke as the stage two injector. These hybrid injectors are designed to operate with stock High Pressure oil.
350CC performance injectors can increase horsepower up to 650 hp+ at rear wheels with a custom performance chip. In the 99-03 Ford Powerstroke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases up to 650 hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design. These injectors have new nozzles and tungsten coated plungers and barrels. The larger 200% oversize nozzles allow for better control of fuel delivery during the combustion cycle with allows for the added horsepower over the stage one injectors. The larger hybrid plunger and barrel in these injectors move more fuel for the same stroke as the stage two injector. These hybrid injectors are designed to operate with stock High Pressure oil. This is stretching the limits for the 17 degree HPOP.
400CC performance injectors can increase horsepower up to 700 hp+ at rear wheels with a custom performance chip. These are straight up competition injectors. You won't be on the street with them. In the 99-03 Powerstroke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases up to 700 hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design. These injectors have new nozzles and tungsten coated plungers and barrels. The larger 400% oversize nozzles allow for better control of fuel delivery during the combustion cycle with allows for the added horsepower. The larger hybrid plunger and barrel in these injectors move more fuel for the same stroke as the stage two injector. These hybrid injectors are designed to operate with stock High Pressure oil. This is stretching the limits for the 17 degree HPOP.

Coastal Diesel 7.3 Ford Powerstroke 1994-2003 Pushrod Set. Our pushrods are created from 4130 chrome molybdenum and constructed as one-piece units, these pushrods are pre-formed and centerless ground with a wide variety of profiles. They are finalized with a black oxide coating and laser engraved.
The stock replacement injectors are completely disassembled with all tolerances check. If any part of the injector falls out of spec then that part is replaced with new parts. Every injectors gets new spring assemblies, plunger and barrel assembly, new stock nozzles, and various other new parts as needed. These are complete remanufactured with new tungston coated plungers and barrels. Brand NEW nozzles.
The Driven Diesel Regulated Return Kit for the 99-03 Powerstroke Super Duty is an important part of the fuel system upgrade process. This kit eliminates the "dead-head" stock fuel rails and provides adjustable fuel pressure capability to the Powerstroke fuel system. This is accomplished by tying the end of each fuel rail together through a Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator. The Driven Diesel Regulated Return Kit also includes replacement Fuel Feed Lines (from the fuel filter to the cylinder heads) that eliminate the stock Check Valves and the "kinks and crimps" of the stock feed lines.
The Driven Diesel " Fuel Bowl Delete" Regulated Return Kit for the 99-03 Powerstroke Super Duty takes our popular "Standard" Regulated Return Kit to a new level. Just like our "Standard" version, this kit eliminates the "dead-head" stock fuel rails and provides adjustable fuel pressure capability to the Powerstroke fuel system. This is accomplished by tying the end of each fuel rail together through a Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator. In addition, the "Bowl Delete" Regulated Return kit also eliminates the restrictive fuel filter bowl, improving fuel flow to the heads and giving back some valuable engine valley room.
