BD Diesel ROADMASTER TRANS PKG 10R80 FORD F150 3.5/2.7L 21-24 EXPED/NAVI 3.5L 22-24 4WD - 1064674SS

Engineered for enhanced reliability and extended service life, the BD 10R80 RoadMaster Transmission is the ideal upgrade for stock or mildly modified trucks. It addresses common 10R80 weaknesses with durable solutions - most notably, the notorious CDF Drum leak is fixed by introducing a retaining feature to support the internal bushing from shifting and blocking fluid pathways. For sharp shifts and lasting performance, each transmission features an anodized reaction shell to eliminate embedded clutch tooth wear issues and a new OEM valve body - modified to improve solenoid retention and increase line pressure by 30%, delivering noticeably higher clutch holding power. Included in every package are BD's ProForce 10R80 Torque Converter and a high-capacity Deep Sump Pan. The added fluid volume from the deep sump design helps keep the new OEM clutches and steels cooler, promoting longer-lasting performance compared to stock setups.

• Brand new modified valve body to increase line pressure by approx. 30% for improved clutch holding
• Easy to flush transmission fluid with drain plug, and can attach a temperature sensor if desired
• Park-By-Wire (Fold-Away Shifter) compatibility
• ProForce Torque Converter with new friction material
• New Deep Sump Transmission Oil Pan. Extra 2 quarts of fluid capacity.

• New OEM clutches and steels
• Smooth and quick shifts
• Increased fluid capacity helps regulate temperature and extend fluid life
