The included ICON tubular upper control arm kit is designed to improve overall performance with corrected front-end geometry, built in additional caster, and improved suspension component clearance to fit the larger diameter coil springs used on 3.0 Series coilovers. Additionally, replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. The dual-rate rear coil design provides a softer ride height spring rate with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance while .75” of rear lift height over stock allows a for level stance front to rear. ICON 3.0 Series remote reservoir rear shocks with CDXS provide improved shock damping ability compared to 2.5 Series shocks and utilize a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the 4Runner from front to rear.
