Description
The included ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve overall performance with corrected front-end geometry, increased on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improved suspension component clearance to fit the larger diameter coil springs used on 3.0 Series coilovers. Additionally, replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. The dual-rate rear coil design provides a softer ride height spring rate with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance while .75” of rear lift height over stock allows a for level stance front to rear. ICON billet rear upper and lower links feature on-vehicle adjustability via the ICON double adjuster and employ dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end, and massive FK rod ends at the other to provide the best combination of free articulation while isolating and damping road noise and vibrations. The ICON Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar helps re-center the rear axle and double adjuster rod end threads allow easy "on-vehicle" fine adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. ICON 3.0 Series remote reservoir rear shocks with CDEV provide improved shock damping ability compared to 2.5 Series shocks and utilize a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the 4Runner from front to rear.
- Vehicle specific tuned 3.0 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs for superior damping and vehicle control along with improved shock cooling
- On-vehicle adjustable billet aluminum rear track bar properly centers rear axle while also improving rear suspension performance
- 3.0 Series remote reservoir rear shocks provide increased performance and balanced tune with coilovers
- 6061 aircraft grade aluminum CNC machined components
- Corrosion resistant Cerakoted coilover and rear shock bodies
- Dual rate rear coil springs improve performance and ride quality while providing .75" of rear lift
- FK Rod End bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection
- Increased wheel travel and improved ride quality over stock
- Coilovers feature ICON’s multi-stage, tunable hydraulic “Bump Zone” which exponentially increases bottom-out resistance in the last 40% of compression travel
- Front differential drop provides better maximum operating angle for CV joints and maximizes available wheel travel
- Adjustable 3.0 Series coilovers provide 2.25-3" front lift height over stock
- All shocks equipped with ICON's CDE Valve technology allowing for in vehicle adjustment of compression damping settings and active adjustment via the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC)
- Billet aluminum UCAs for added strength, durability, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment for optimum drivability
- UCAs feature the patented (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) Delta Joint Pro with 90 degrees of total articulation
- Billet rear upper and lower links improve rear end articulation and allow for on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment
- ICON 25-26 4RUNNER 4WD GAS 2.25-3" LIFT STAGE 2 3.0 CDEV SUSPENSION SYSTEM BILLET
