KTM XL40 (A/C) Headlight Kit - KTM 2013-16 200 XC-W/250 SX/250 XC/250 XC-W/300 XC/300 XC-W

Upgrade your off-road lighting with the Baja Designs XL40 (A/C) LED Headlight Kit — purpose-built for 2013–2016 KTM XC, XC-W, and SX models. This kit includes a regulator/rectifier that converts your bike's A/C power to D/C, enabling fast, plug-and-play installation with the stock harness. Inspired by the performance of the XL80, the XL40 delivers 5,224 lumens of trail-proven illumination to a wider range of bikes. Engineered for dirt bikes with lower-output OEM stators, it draws just 43.5W — a powerful upgrade without the large power draw.
