Mishimoto MMHE-RAM-25 Performance Heat Exchanger Fits Ram 1500 3.0L Hurricane 2025+

The 2025+ Ram 1500's twin-turbocharged 3.0L Hurricane makes its power by packing more air into the engine, and that air picks up heat on the way in. The factory charge-air cooling system is sized for stock duty, so its heat exchanger soaks under sustained boost, towing, and back-to-back pulls - pulling timing and power as charge-air temperatures climb. The Mishimoto Performance Heat Exchanger adds cooling capacity where the factory system runs short: dyno testing shows a 10°F reduction in charge-air cooler temperatures, worth a measured 15.2 horsepower and 16.2 lb-ft.----Rather than replacing the OEM unit, the Mishimoto heat exchanger plumbs in series with the factory exchanger, increasing total system capacity while leaving the stock cooling circuit intact. Direct-fit hoses with quick-disconnect fittings connect to the factory ports for a clean bolt-on install with no cutting or custom plumbing, and an integrated bleeder helps purge air pockets during the bleeding procedure so the system fills clean and cools at full capacity from the first drive. The payoff is more consistent power for daily driving, towing, and spirited runs alike - stock or modified.----Direct fit for the 2025+ Ram 1500 3.0L Hurricane. No drilling, cutting, or modification required. Backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

• Dyno-proven +15.2 hp and +16.2 lb-ft - cooler charge-air temperatures let the twin-turbo 3.0L Hurricane hold the boost and timing the factory heat exchanger surrenders under heat soak.
• Charge-air coolant runs 10°F cooler - dyno testing shows a 10°F drop in charge-air cooler temperatures, keeping intake air density up through towing, hauling, and back-to-back pulls.
• Adds cooling capacity in series with the factory unit - the Mishimoto heat exchanger plumbs in-line with the stock exchanger, increasing total system capacity without removing the OEM circuit.
• Direct-fit hoses with quick-disconnect fittings - pre-formed hoses snap to the factory ports for a clean bolt-on install with no cutting, splicing, or custom plumbing.
• Integrated bleeder clears trapped air - a built-in bleeder purges air pockets during the coolant bleed, so the system reaches full cooling capacity instead of losing performance to trapped air.
• Drops in without modification - confirmed direct fit for the 2025+ Ram 1500 3.0L Hurricane, with no drilling, cutting, or adapter work required.
• Own it for life - backed by Mishimoto’s Lifetime Warranty, your investment is protected long after install day.
